Working with us here at Mindset Integration Academy, the food is just the start of every area of life we will eventually integrate into to help you perform at an optimal level.

From athlete to chef, former D1 collegiate soccer athlete Santoria Quick becomes a certified plant-based Chef and private garden to table chef journalist. Learn from her experiences after a decade of learning and growing in the area of food after her soccer career ended with a knee injury.

Add A Private Chef to Your Arsenal Like The Pros

We have created a private community to openly discuss sports, nutrition, and ask Chef Santoria anything food related directly. We will help create meal prep ideas, as well as created nutrition articles, how to obtain in season produce, deeper dive into where your food comes, recipe creation of past favorite meals, a juicing breakdown, and a monthly accountability call with Chef Santoria and team for $25/month.

This is not an overnight, off-season program. Lebron invests approximately $1.5 million back into his health yearly from the inside out. This program is designed with optimal long-term performance in mind, however, and most importantly it's designed to grow with you.
