Sous Chef/Full Day Advanced Mon

Ready for the full experience? The Sous Chef track is an all-day Monday intensive, designed for teens who want to go even deeper. Sous Chefs get to lead, cook, and manage projects from start to finish, working one-on-one with me and our CFO on everything from product creation to business plans (hello, Texas Cottage Food Law!). Want more? Sous Chefs can also add Wednesday Enrichment for a true 2-day co-op adventure with learnign to lead in other areas as well.
