Don't you hate when you go online, you find a great recipe and you have to scroll for forever to get to the actual recipe? yeah, we don't do that here.... Here is the recipe for what my family calls our liquid gold.
A nutrient-based recipe from Chef Santoria Quick

🛒 Ingredients
1 cup peeled, chopped potatoes
½ cup chopped carrots
½ cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
2 tsp lemon juice
6 pickled jalapeño slices
3 tbsp jalapeño brine
1½ tsp flour (any kind you like—tapioca or all-purpose works well)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
½ tsp sea salt
🥣 Instructions
Boil your base
In a small pot, add chopped potatoes and carrots and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 10–15 minutes until fork-tender. (This is your creamy, starchy base—don’t undercook!)
Blend it up
Drain the veggies and toss them into a blender with the non-dairy milk, lemon juice, pickled jalapeños, brine, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, nutritional yeast, and salt.
Blend until smooth
Blend on high until the mixture is silky smooth and warm. (If it's too thick, add a splash more milk or brine.)
Serve warm
Pour over nachos, roasted veggies, tacos, or use as a creamy mac sauce. (Or just dip everything in sight.)
🧠 Kitchen Intelligence
This “cheese” sauce is a reminder that creativity thrives within constraints. Who says you need dairy to bring flavor, heat, and creaminess to the party? When you get playful in the kitchen, you learn to trust your instincts—and discover new favorites along the way.

Creamy, tangy, zesty, and just the right amount of heat. This sauce hits the umami jackpot thanks to nutritional yeast, garlic, and that jalapeño brine kick.
