What’s included?
Day 1: Deep-Dive Cooking
Advanced culinary techniques, recipe creation, food safety, plating, and flavor development—all with chef mentorship and peer collaboration.
Day 2: Enrichment & Leadership
Teens step out of the kitchen for a rotation of enrichment activities: service projects, cultural explorations, field trips, outdoor adventures, and more.
Sous Chefs won’t just participate—they’ll learn to lead: running group projects, speaking in front of peers, and practicing real leadership in dynamic, supportive settings.
